PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article surface decorative sheet having a leather like appearance to which an uneven pattern having a big difference of elevation is accurately transferred by heat embossing processing while thinness is maintained.SOLUTION: The article surface decorative sheet having an embossed part comprises: a nonwoven fabric substrate; a surface layer mainly containing a polymer elastomer and of 1-100 μm; and an interlayer mainly containing a hot-melt type adhesive for bonding the nonwoven fabric substrate and the surface layer and having a thickness of 10-150 μm. The nonwoven fabric substrate comprises an entangled body of fiber bundles of ultra fine fibers having a fineness of 0.8 dtex or less. An average of the distances between fiber bundles in a cross section taken in a thickness direction is 0-10 μm in at least an embossed part.
