The present invention relates to immunogenic compositions and vaccines for the treatment and prevention of Neisserial disease. Immunogenic compositions of the invention comprise the Hsf (also called Msf) and Opc neisserial antigens. These antigens have been found to be the two mechanisms by which Neisseria meningitidis binds host vitronectin (in order to promote adhesion and/or to evade host complement mediated killing).
