The present invention relates to a combination therapy to efficiently treat type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia in diabetic patients. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for efficiently treating dyslipidemia in diabetic patients, which reduces total cholesterol count as well as low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol level in blood, and also treats type 2 diabetes efficiently, without side effects such as hypoglycaemia or changes in body weight.
