PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wagon lock mechanism for preventing return of a wagon carried in to a predetermined position in a treatment tank.SOLUTION: A wagon lock mechanism comprises a stopper 19 provided on a side wall in a treatment tank 3, and a locked plate 20 provided on a side part of a wagon 2. A base end part of the stopper 19 is held rotatably around a shaft 22 along a lateral direction of the treatment tank 3, and the stopper is held so as to direct its distal end part inward and downward in a front-rear direction of the treatment tank 3 by its own weight around the shaft 22. As the wagon 2 is carried into the treatment tank 3, the distal end part of the stopper 19 is pushed upward around the shaft 22 by advancement of the locked plate 20 of the wagon 2 and is placed on the locked plate 20. When the wagon 2 is further pushed to a predetermined position in the treatment tank 3, the distal end part of the stopper 19 is dropped downward by its own weight, and the movement of the locked plate 20 is blocked by the stopper 19, thereby restricting return of the wagon 2 with respect to the treatment tank 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】処理槽内の所定位置まで搬入されたワゴンの戻りを防止するためのワゴンロック機構を提供する。【解決手段】処理槽3内の側壁に設けられたストッパ19と、ワゴン2の側部に設けられた被係止板20とを備える。ストッパ19は、基端部が処理槽3の左右方向へ沿った軸22まわりに回動可能に保持され、この軸22まわりに自重により先端部を処理槽3の前後方向内側下方へ向けるよう保持される。処理槽3内へのワゴン2の搬入に伴い、ストッパ19の先端部がワゴン2の被係止板20の進行にて軸22まわりに上方へ押し上げられて被係止板20上に載せられ、ワゴン2をさらに処理槽3内の所定位置まで押し込むと、ストッパ19の先端部を自重により下方へ落として、被係止板20の移動をストッパ19にて阻止することで、処理槽3に対するワゴン2の戻りを規制する。【選択図】図2
