A flash lamp stored in the frame body 151 of the laser chamber is able to be removed from and inserted into the first portion 151 a of the frame body. A thin film portion 120 having a thickness smaller than the thickness of other portions of the shielding lid 119 is provided in at least a part of a region covering the optical path of a light beam emitted from the laser rod on the outside of the shielding lid 119 in a longitudinal direction from the first portion 151a of the frame body of the laser chamber.
