The filter including a filter chassis comprising a movable collar a fixed collar and a tubular braided scaffolding coupled between the movable collar and the fixed collar. Each wire of the braided scaffolding moving independently with respect to the other wires between the movable collar and the fixed collar as the filter moves between the collapsed position and the deployed position.
