Disclosed is a frame assembly for a smoke cooking. The frame assembly is used to make food into a smoke dish by being formed to cover the food which is put on the upper side of a cooking utensil. The frame assembly includes: a lower frame which is formed in a ring shape； multiple vertical frames which are combined with the lower frame at each lower end part； and a connection hole which mutually connects the upper end part of the vertical frames. A shape which is formed with the lower frame, the vertical frames, and the connection hole is variable by transforming a combining shape of the lower frame and the vertical frame and a combining shape of the vertical frame and the connection hole.
