The present invention relates to a composite including mitochondrial division inhibitor-1 (Mdivi-1) as an active ingredient and, more particularly, to a composite for preventing, improving, or treating an Alzheimer&primes disease by suppressing reactive oxygen species (ROS) by using the Mdivi-1 which is an inhibitor of dynamin-related protein 1 (DRP1) and preventing neuronal cell death.
