PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance which is not the appliance having the actuation of acupuncture point pressure, etc., on mind and body of one person but the health appliance for allowing two persons to obtain at least mutual and simultaneous actuations.SOLUTION: The one who pressurizes acupuncture points by projection bodies on the outer surface of a grip body and the other who receives the acupuncture point pressure by the projection bodies on a distal end surface mutually and simultaneously obtain at least actuations with acupuncture point pressure, etc., on mutual minds and bodies. When a body is gripped, the acupuncture point pressure, etc., is appropriately performed.
