PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively constitute a device for controlling the expansion and contraction of a hydraulic cylinder for lifting and lowering a transplanting implement by using an electromagnetic control valve.SOLUTION: The transplanter is equipped with a mode-switching means 33 enabling the switching between a clutch-operable mode enabling the on-off operation of a transplanting switch by a lifting and lowering operation device 28 of the transplanting implement 13 installed at the vicinity of a steering wheel 8, and a clutch-unoperable mode for disabling the on-off operation of the transplanting clutch.
