The invention relates to a method for preparing a biological extract, a composition comprising the same and the use of the composition for treating genetically-induced human pathology diseases produced by mutagenic agents. The claimed method consists in treating a biological material with an equal volume of phenolic solution with chloroform in a 1:1 ratio, until the mixture reaches a pH value of 7.8...8, while continuously stirring, after which the homogenized emulsion is subjected to successive centrifugations for separating the formed layers and the entire cumulated quantity of aqueous solution is treated with 2 volumes of ethyl alcohol in concentration of 99%, thereafter, by precipitation, there results a white coloured biological extract with a chain length of 30 kb, which is introduced in a fixing and preserving iso-ionizing manitol solution and then into a sterile refrigerated container, to be stored. The claimed biological extract has a molecular weight of 5x10, a purity degree of 1.93...1.98, it is insoluble in pure water, unstable in diluted acids or alkalis, has a temperature-stable viscosity behaviour, it is free of immunological reactions, free of germs, fungi or viruses, well tolerated by in vitro human cell cultures, by animal and human organisms.
