PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bench which is used for transporting a sick or wounded person with a seating face of the bench as it is, which is designed to make the seating face attachable to and detachable from a leg part with a simple operation, and also which has less troubles.SOLUTION: A bench, in which a seating face and a leg part are detachably provided and the seating face is made usable as a stretcher, includes: a first restraining part that regulates the movement of the seating face in the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction relative to the leg part a second restraining part that regulates the movement of the seating face in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction relative to the leg part and a third restraining part that can operate the regulated state or unregulated state of the movement of the second restraining part in the vertical direction.
