PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper in which discharged bowel is hardly brought into direct contact with its wearer, which can reliably absorb the sweat of the wearer, and which effectively prevents skin trouble.
SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1 provided with an absorber 22, a top sheet 18 and a back sheet 20 is further provided with a skin contact sheet 24 having an opening part 28 (an opening part 28a for the bowel to pass through) which enables the bowel to pass through. The skin contact sheet 24 has an upper sheet 24a disposed on the side of a surface in contact with the skin of the wearer and a liner sheet 24b disposed on the side of a surface in non-contact with the skin of the wearer. Moreover, the upper sheet 24a is composed of two or more sheets of a top upper sheet 24c made of a mixed layer containing hydrophilic fiber and hydrophobic fiber and a lower upper sheet 24d made of a layer of hydrophobic fiber.
