The present invention relates to a composition for the treatment or prevention of bone disease comprising a glyceollin as an active ingredient. The glyceollin constituting the active ingredient of the present invention promotes breakdown of the Runx2 protein in osteoblasts, reduces the Rankl mRNA level and so suppresses the differentiation of osteoclasts, and has greatly alleviated the signs of osteoporosis in an animal model of osteoporosis induced by the administration of a large dose of vitamin D. The composition of the present invention has very high potential to be developed as a drug or food for the prevention or treatment of, inter alia, osteoporosis and bone disease caused by bone metastasis of cancer cells.La présente invention concerne une composition pour le traitement ou la prévention d'une maladie des os comprenant une glycéolline comme ingrédient actif. La glycéolline constituant l'ingrédient actif de la présente invention favorise la rupture de la protéine Runx2 dans les ostéoblastes, réduit le taux d'ARNm de Rankl et ainsi supprime la différentiation des ostéoclastes, et a grandement soulagé les signes d'ostéoporose dans un modèle animal d'ostéoporose induite par l'administration d'une large dose de vitamine D. La composition de la présente invention possède un très haut potentiel de développement comme médicament ou aliment pour la prévention ou le traitement de, inter alia, l'ostéoporose et une maladie des os provoquée par des métastases osseuses de cellules cancéreuses.본 발명은 글리세올린을 유효성분으로 포함하는 골질환의 치료 또는 예방용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유효성분인 글리세올린은 골아세포에서 Runx2 단백질의 분해를 촉진시키고, Rankl의 mRNA 수준을 감소시켜 파골세포의 분화를 억제하고, 고용량의 비타민 D의 투여에 의해 유도된 골다공증 동물모델에서 골다공증 증상을 크게 완화시킨다. 본 발명의 조성물은 골다공증 및 암세포의 골전이로 인해 발생되는 골질환 등의 예방 및 치료용 약물 및 식품으로 개발될 가능성이 매우 높다.
