PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine tank preventing spill of urine even if being carried.SOLUTION: This urine tank 30 includes a substantially box-shaped tank body 31 used for a urine treatment apparatus for storing urine excreted from a subject, and an absorber 41 disposed inside the tank body 31 for highly efficiently absorbing and retaining the urine. When the urine, or liquid, flows in the tank body 31, the absorber 41 absorbs the urine to be formee into a gel or solid state. When carrying the urine tank 30, this constitution disperses no urine to prevent the spill of the urine. The urine is absorbed into the absorber 41 to reduce the volatilization of the urine and reduce odor emitted from the urine tank 30. The absorption of the urine into the absorber 41 can suppress the oxidization and decomposition of the urine to suppress the proliferation of bacteria and be sanitary, even if the urine is stored in the urine tank 30 for long periods of time,.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】運搬しても尿がこぼれない尿タンクを提供すること。【解決手段】尿タンク30は、対象者から排泄された尿を溜める尿処理装置に用いられ、略箱状のタンク本体31と、このタンク本体31の内部に配置された、尿を高吸収して保持する吸収体41と、を備えている。これにより、液体である尿がタンク本体31内に流入すると、吸収体41が尿を吸収してゲル状や固形状となる。したがって、尿タンク30を運搬する際に、尿が飛散しないから、尿がこぼれるのを防止できる。また、尿が吸収体41に吸収されるので、尿の揮発性が低下し、尿タンク30から放出される臭気を低減できる。さらに、尿が吸収体41に吸収されることにより、尿の酸化、分解を抑えることができ、尿を尿タンク30に長時間溜めておいても、雑菌の繁殖を抑えることができ、衛生的である。【選択図】図3
