PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiogram analysis report that through the combined use of electrocardiogram wave forms, heart illustrations, etc., is easily understood by a physician and helps the patient substantially grasp the details of his heart disease.SOLUTION: On a sheet of electrocardiogram analysis report paper, an electrocardiogram waveforms display 162 displays the waveforms of a standard 12-induction electrocardiogram obtained from a subject, and a findings display 161 for the findings of the waveforms displays an outline of the subjects heart with the findings. The waveforms display 162 displays the front view of the heart by combining I-induction, II-induction, III-induction, aVL-induction, aVR-induction and aVF-induction waveforms.
