The plug terminal 16 is connected to an earphone jack 4. A skin characteristic measuring device 14 can be connected to the existing earphone jack 4, so that the skin characteristic measuring device 14 easily connected to various kinds of mobile terminals 1, and the mobile terminal 1 to which the skin characteristic measuring device 14 is connected, can be provided.
