An object of the present invention is to provide an antitumor agent and an antitumor kit, and an antitumor effect enhancer, which are superior in antitumor effect as compared with gemcitabine, paclitaxel and their combination therapy. According to the present invention, there is provided an antitumor agent comprising paclitaxel or a salt thereof and 1- (2-deoxy-2-fluoro-4-thio-β-D-arabinofuranosyl) cytosine or a salt or prodrug thereof.
