PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collection tube refrigerating system capable of achieving both of quick cooling and light-weight long-time refrigeration by using a high-function refrigerating agent in refrigeration for preventing freshness deterioration of collected blood for blood inspection to be performed in a medical institution or health examination, capable of sweeping out complicated functions by using a more simple configuration, allowed to be applied to all kinds of blood collection tubes (5 to 10 ml) to enable the use of optional combinations of the blood collection tubes, and capable of achieving diversification of functions such as correspondence to emergency inspections (blood gas, electrolyte, ammonia, etc.) and economical cooling storage in a refrigerator by mass reduction.SOLUTION: By combining a high heat cooling/quick cooling blood collection tube holder 100 using a high function refrigerant as a cooling source and allowed to be attached to a blood collection tube and a box type cooler 200 for cooling low heat cooling indirect space, two-step heat cooling loads composed of direct high heat cooling conduction cooling and indirect space cooling are applied to each blood collection tube, so that more quick 0°C band cooling can be achieved and stable collected blood fresh management before inspection can be achieved even when the collected blood is low mass.
