A hand-and-wrist brace that includes a body having first and second support members, both having inner and outer surfaces, the first support member having a first position along a wrist support path where the left and right ends are uncoupled and a second position along the wrist support path where the left and right ends are coupled to substantially encapsulate a users wrist, and the second support member having a proximal end, a distal end, extending outwardly from and coupled to an upper end of the first support member, having a first position along a secondary support path with distal end uncoupled to the first support member, and having a second position along the secondary support path with the distal end being removably-couplable to a plurality of locations on the outer surfaces of both the first support member and the second support member.
