This invention is an implantable device having an electric generating unit. It includes an outer wrapping portion, a load unit, and an electric generating unit. The outer wrapping portion includes a main controller and an emitter. The electric generating unit has a swingable portion, a rotating type electric generator, and a battery. The swingable portion is pivoted on the rotating type electric generator. When the swingable portion swings, the electricity can be generated from the electric generating unit and then be stored in the battery. This battery is able to afford the required power of the load unit. Therefore, this invention can be implanted into a human body for supplying the power constantly.
