PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harvester equipped with a separation part which is long life and excellent in energy saving property.SOLUTION: The combine harvester has a separation part which separates a grain from a grain culm in a piloerection condition. A separation part includes: a separation part body which is constituted rotatably a separating tooth 312 which separates the grain from the grain culm by rotating where the grain culm in the piloerection condition is contacted and a separating tooth connecting part 313 arranged between the separating tooth 312 and the separation part body. Also when making a direction to which the separating tooth 312 projects, the protrusion direction, and making near the end part of the separation part body side among the separating teeth 312, a base end part 312a, a cross-sectional shape when cutting the base end part 312a with a face perpendicular to the protrusion, is bent to the opposite side at least at an end part, to the rotating direction of the separation part body.
