PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intramedullary nailing device for easily preventing the displacement or falling of a guide cylinder relative to a guide hole of a target module.SOLUTION: A lock plate 21 is slidably provided on a surface of the target module 7. The lock plate 21 has a plurality of lock holes 23 having a diameter larger than the respective guide holes 8 and pierced in positions corresponding to the respective guide holes 8 of the target module 7. Fixation means 26 for fixating the lock plate 21 on the target module 7 by sliding the lock plate is provided on the target module 7 and the lock plate 21.
