The present utility model provides for a bamboo-made artificial reef comprising a reef enclosure having vertical corners posts and a plurality of horizontal layered bamboo poles securely attached to adjacent corner posts to define perimeter walls of the enclosure, wherein said horizontal layered bamboo poles are provided with spaced apart circular holes. The circular holes are of various sizes so that fishes and shellfishes of different sizes can be accommodated inside the cavity of the bamboo pole.
