PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostimulator that performs the heat metabolism of fat simply and efficiently by performing the activity of a brown adipocyte.SOLUTION: The electrostimulator includes: a mounting part 2 mounted to a body electrodes 2a and 2b disposed at the mounting part 2 and a controller 1 that applies voltage to the electrodes 2a and 2b, wherein the electrostimulator controls the applied voltage to the electrode 2a and 2b by the controller 1 in a state that the mounting part 2 is mounted to the body.
