According to the present invention, a heat recovery heat pump-type trolley-type dryer for agricultural and marine products comprises: a box-shaped drying unit (10) storing agricultural and marine products (P)； a heating-drying circulation unit (20) which changes high temperature moist air introduced from the drying unit into a high temperature dry air and resupplies the air to the drying unit (10), and includes an external air introducing unit 21 prepared on an outer side surface of the dryer to be penetrated and having a fan (F) introducing the external air into the inside； and an exhaust air latent heat recovery unit (30) collecting latent heat from the air exhausted from the inside of the drying unit (10). The drying unit (10) includes a drying trolley (13) having trolley wheels (13a) formed on a lower part thereof to easily store the agricultural and marine products. Therefore, the heat recovery heat pump-type trolley-type dryer for agricultural and marine products can easily store various agricultural and marine products in the dryer by including the drying trolley in which a plurality of seating plates vertically stacking a large amount of agricultural and marine products are stored, and can prevent the trolley from escaping and easily move introduced high temperature dry air to the agricultural and marine products by having a plurality of guide protrusions protruding from an inner side surface of the dryer.본 발명에 의한 폐열회수 히트펌프형 대차식 농수산물 건조기는 농수산물(P)이 내부에 수납되는 박스형상의 건조부(10)와, 상기 건조부(10)에서 유입된 고온의 습한공기를 고온의 건조공기로 가변한 후 상기 건조부(10)로 재공급하며 상기 건조기(1)의 외측면에 관통되도록 구비되어 외부공기를 내부로 유입시키는 팬(F)이 구비되는 외부공기유입부(21)가 형성된 가열건조순환부(20)와, 상기 건조부(10)의 내부에서 배출된 공기에서 잠열을 수거하는 배기잠열회수부(30)로 구성되며, 상기 건조부(10)에는 상기 농수산물(P)의 수납이 용이하도록 하부에 대차바퀴(13a)가 형성된 건조대차(13)가 구비되어 다량의 농수산물을 상하로 적층시키는 다수개의 안착판이 수납된 건조대차를 구비하여 다양한 농수산물을 건조기의 내부에 용이하게 수납하고, 건조기의 내측면에서 돌출되는 다수개의 가이드돌기를 형성하여 대차의 이탈을 방지하는 것과 더불어 유입된 고온의 건조공기를 농수산물 쪽으로 용이하게 이동시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
