PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeling determination device capable of easily determining feelings of a human and an animal easily.SOLUTION: A feeling determination device 300 includes facial skin temperature acquisition means 20 and/or image data acquisition means 120, brain activity estimation means 30 and 130, and state visualization means 200. The facial skin temperature acquisition means 20 acquires facial skin temperature data in a time-series manner. The image data acquisition means 120 acquires captured facial image data in a time-series manner. The brain activity estimation means 30 and 130 estimate a brain activity of an object person based on a plurality of components acquired by breaking down the facial skin temperature data and/or facial blood circulation data by singular value decomposition, principal component analysis or independent component analysis.
