A rear panel 12 has spaced side channels 14,16 to receive a side panel 54, 56 edge and an optional lower channel 18 for a base panel 36 edge. The base panel has projections 38, 40 (e.g. hooks) for engaging into corresponding slots 62, 64 of each side panel 54, 56 to retain the base panel and side panels together. A handle 24 can be provided. The rear panel and/or one or both of the side panels can include drainage/aeration apertures 26. Hooks 28, 30 can engage in slots in the rear panel to hang the feed bin/feeder. An angle panel 42 can fit between the side panels 54, 56 and provides sloping surface access for animals/livestock to feed. The angle panel 42 can be rotated and locked in position - see reference 74, Figures 6A and 6B.
