PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomagnetism measurement device which can perform image diagnosis and biomagnetism measurement simultaneously and stably, and which can diagnose pleural effusion stably.SOLUTION: A biological information measurement device 1 of the invention comprises: a biomagnetism detection part 2 having a magnetic sensor 2a capable of detecting a biomagnetism of a subject S and a support part 3 having a support plane 3a for supporting the biomagnetism detection part 2 and on which the subject can take an oblique posture.
