According to the present invention, a head gear worn on a head portion of a user for fixating a mouthpiece inserted into an oral cavity to be adjustable comprises: a front side pad touching and applying pressure to front pressure spots on the outer surface of the buccinator muscle between the cheekbone and the lower jawbone on the face of the head portion； one or more rear side pads touching and applying pressure to one or more rear pressure spots whose location is determined so that added force is to be a pair pressure for the pressure of the front side pad, in an area from an upper part to a rear part of the head portion； a frame fixating the front side pad and the rear side pad so that a position and a posture can be changed； a front horizontal bar fixated at the frame to be matched with a front side of lips of the head portion； and an adjusting unit installed on the front horizontal bar and having the mouthpiece mounted thereon to be adjustable with respect to at least one of back and forth, left and right, and up and down.
