This spreading device (1), which comprises a hopper (2) for receiving said active agent, defines a fastening zone, in which are arranged at least two parallel rows of orifices, each row comprising a plurality of orifices arranged at next to the others, these holes being adapted to receive removable fastening means, allowing the attachment of several adapters (70) adapted to be mounted on a coupling of a vehicle. The number and the location of these orifices makes it possible to fix, in a removable manner, several adapters of different types on the spreading device. Each adapter can then be mounted on a vehicle with a specific hitch. Therefore, contrary to what exists in the prior art, the spreading device according to the invention can be associated with vehicles equipped with different couplings from each other. Le nombre et l'emplacement de ces orifices permet de fixer, de façon amovible, plusieurs adaptateurs de types différents sur le dispositif d'épandage. Chaque adaptateur peut ensuite être monté sur un véhicule possédant un attelage spécifique. Par conséquent, contrairement à ce qui existe dans l'art antérieur, le dispositif d'épandage conforme à l'invention peut être associé à des véhicules équipés d'attelages différents les uns des autres.
