PURPOSE: Pruning shears for fruit trees are provided to enable a user to grip fruits by one hand for protecting while cutting branches and harvesting the fruits. CONSTITUTION: A shearing piece (16) includes a blade (12) on one width direction side forming an acute angle, and a hook (14) on one longitudinal direction side. A finger fixing unit is located on the other width direction side of the shearing piece. A main point (18) fixes two shearing pieces around the hook. A thimble is fixed to the other width direction side of the shearing piece for covering the tip of a finger. A band (22) fixed to the other width direction side of the shearing piece for surrounding the circumference of the finger. A ring is partially fixed to the other width direction of the shearing piece for passing through the fingers. The shearing piece includes a protrusion (26). A groove (G) with the depth from one to the other side between the two shearing pieces is formed.본 발명은 일반적인 가위의 기능은 물론 딸기나 블루베리 등과 같이 과실 표면이 부드럽고 손상되기 쉬우며 가늘고 약한 가지에 매달린 과실 등을 수확하는데 사용하기 위한 과실 전지용 가위에 관한 것이며, 한 손의 작업으로 딸기, 블루베리 등의 과실을 손상되지 않도록 안전하게 파지하면서 수확할 수 있도록 하고, 두 개의 손가락이 들어갈 수 있는 공간을 포함하여 협소한 공간에서 실 또는 전선 등의 대상도 안정적으로 절단할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.이를 위한 본 발명에 따른 과실 전지용 가위는, 두께를 갖는 장방형의 판 형상으로 폭 방향 일측에 일면에 대하여 예각을 이루는 날을 형성하고, 폭 방향 타측에 손가락 고정구를 구비하며, 길이 방향 일단 부위에 고리를 마련한 가위 편과； 상기 두 개의 가위 편이 고리를 중심으로 겹쳐지게 고정하는 사북을 포함하여 구성하되, 상기 두 개의 가위 편은 각 일면이 상호 마주보는 방향으로 놓이고, 상기 사북을 중심축으로 하여 각 타단 부위가 선회하며, 각각의 날은 상호 엇갈려 겹치거나 벌어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
