The present invention relates to a heat-resistant lyophilized rotavirus vaccine preparation and a method for producing the same. More specifically, since the present invention discloses a multivalent heat-resistant liquid-based, powder-based or cake-based rotavirus vaccine formulation prepared using a freeze-drying method, the vaccine formulation is improved. Heat stability, ease of use and ease of transport, and highly affordable, thereby meeting the requirements of vaccination programs in developing and low-income countries.
