The present invention relates to a sterilizing device and a sterilizing method using the same. The sterilizing device can increase a sterilizing effect of an object to be sterilized regardless of the capacity of a chamber by installing an internal circulation line inside the chamber so that a fluid introduced into the large-capacity chamber can circulate in the inside of the chamber. The sterilizing device and the sterilizing method can easily sterilize an object to be sterilized regardless of the capacity of a chamber； can reduce time required for a sterilization process since the chamber is manufactured in a large capacity and thus, a large quantity of object to be sterilized can be sterilized at once when proceeding the sterilization process； and can allow a user to proceed the sterilization process individually according to use of the object to be sterilized by accommodating at least one shelf inside the chamber.본 발명은 멸균 장치 및 이를 이용한 멸균 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 대용량 챔버 내부에 유입된 유체가 챔버 내부를 순환할 수 있도록 내부 순환 라인을 챔버 내부에 설치하여 챔버 용량에 관계없이 멸균 대상물의 멸균 효과를 높일 수 있는 멸균 장치 및 이를 이용한 멸균 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.본 발명의 멸균 장치 및 이를 이용한 멸균 방법은, 챔버 용량에 관계없이 멸균 대상물을 용이하게 멸균할 수 있다는 효과가 있으며, 챔버를 대용량으로 제작해 멸균 공정을 진행할 경우, 많은 양의 멸균 대상물을 한번에 멸균할 수 있기 때문에 멸균 공정에 소요되는 시간도 줄일 수 있으며, 하나 이상의 선반이 챔버 내부에 수용되기 때문에 작업자가 멸균 대상물의 용도에 따라 구분하여 멸균 공정을 진행할 수 있다.
