The present invention relates to a method for producing complex reality three-dimensional images and a system therefor, the method comprising the steps of: (a) determining a first actual three-dimensional spatial coordinate for a human three-dimensional image； (b) determining a second actual three-dimensional spatial coordinate for the image of the medical device； (c) obtaining a three-dimensional image of the periphery of the medical device from the imaging means of the medical device and determining a third actual three-dimensional spatial coordinate thereof； (d) examining images in the same coordinate in the three kinds of three-dimensional spatial coordinates； And (e) selecting the one image if the same coordinate image is one, and selecting a necessary image (s) from the plurality of co-ordinate images if the same coordinate image is plural, to produce a composite real three-dimensional image .본 발명은 복합 실제 3차원 영상(complex reality three-dimensional images)의 제작 방법 및 이를 위한 시스템에 관한 것으로서, (a) 인체 3차원 영상에 대한 제1 실제 3차원 공간좌표를 결정하는 단계； (b) 의료기기의 영상에 대한 제2 실제 3차원 공간좌표를 결정하는 단계； (c) 의료기기의 영상수단으로부터 상기 의료기기 주변에 대한 3차원 영상을 얻고 이에 대한 제3 실제 3차원 공간좌표를 결정하는 단계； (d) 상기 3종의 3차원 공간좌표에서 동일 좌표에 있는 영상을 조사(examining)하는 단계； 및 (e) 상기 동일 좌표 영상이 하나인 경우는 상기 하나의 영상을 선택하고, 상기 동일 좌표 영상이 복수인 경우는 그 중에서 필요한 영상(들)을 선택하여 복합 실제 3차원 영상을 제작하는 단계를 포함한다.
