PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blink detection method and device for determining a blinking state of a user based on a continuous image.SOLUTION: After acquiring an eye image sequence of a user, a present detection image and a previous picked-up image are acquired from the eye image sequence, and reflection regions of the present detection image and the previous picked-up image are filtered. A luminance value of a pixel contained in the reflection region is higher than a luminance threshold.
