The present invention relates to a powder spray device of a two-way air flow method capable of uniformly spraying a powdery substance onto a target site. The powder spray device according to the present invention adopts a two-way air flow system to separate the air flow causing the powder spray and the air flow for transferring the powder from a storage part to a nozzle, thereby facilitating the spray of powder. In addition, the present invention has a structure that can adjust the powder ratio contained in the air to be sprayed. Also, the terminal height of a first flow passage that delivers air to the storage part is set higher than the accommodation height of the powder accommodated in the storage part, thus it is possible to improve the phenomenon that the powder backflow.본 발명은 분말상의 물질을 표적부위에 균일하게 분사할 수 있는 2방향 공기 흐름 방식의 분말 분사장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 분말 분사장치는 분말의 분사를 야기하는 공기 흐름과 저장부로부터 노즐로 분말을 이송시키는 공기 흐름을 별도로 이루어지도록 하는 2방향 공기 흐름 방식을 채택함으로써, 원활한 분말의 분사가 가능하다. 아울러, 분사되는 공기 중에 포함되는 분말 비율을 조절할 수 있는 구조를 가지며, 또한, 저장부로 공기를 전달하는 제1유로의 말단 높이가 저장부에 수용되는 분말의 수용높이보다 높게 설정되어 분말이 역류되는 현상을 개선할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
