PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint imaging apparatus capable of firmly fixing an imaging object without imposing a load on a patient, and obtaining a clear joint image.SOLUTION: A joint imaging apparatus includes: a subject table for holding a subject at an imaging position an X-ray source for irradiating joint parts of hands and fingers with a radiation from above the subject table and a support and a base part having an X-ray detector for detecting a radiation from below. The subject table includes: an imaging object fixing unit 33f for fixing a joint part at a predetermined position in an X-ray irradiation direction and a base unit 31 to/from which the imaging object fixing unit 33f is attachable/detachable and which fixes a wrist part.
