PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel therapeutic compositions and therapeutic methods to be used for anti-angiogenic treatment and anti-tumor treatment.SOLUTION: The invention provides: a human antibody that specifically inhibits binding of VEGF only to one VEGF receptor (VEGFR2) of the two primary VEGF receptors； compositions and methods for treating cancer and other angiogenic diseases based on the novel human antibody； and advantageous immunoconjugates and methods for use of the novel human VEGF-specific antibody. The antibody effectively inhibits angiogenesis and induces tumor regression with enhanced safety due to its specificity.【課題】抗血管新生治療および抗腫瘍治療に用いる新規な治療組成物および治療方法の提供。【解決手段】２つの主要なＶＥＧＦ受容体のうち１つ（ＶＥＧＦＲ２）のみに対するＶＥＧＦ結合を特異的に阻害するヒト抗体、癌及び他の血管新生疾病を治療するための新規なヒト抗体をベースとした組成物，方法並びにＶＥＧＦに特異的な新規ヒト抗体を使用するのに好都合な免疫抱合体および方法。【効果】該抗体は血管新生を効果的に阻害し、腫瘍退縮を誘導するが、その特異性により安全性が向上している。【選択図】なし
