An injection device for a first pre-filled container having a first medicationand a second pre-filledcontainer having a second medication, comprising an engagement assemblyremovably engageableto the first pre-filled container and the second pre-filled container, theinjection device having aplunger rod movably disposed within the injection device, wherein with theinjection deviceengaged with the first pre-filled container, the injection device isconfigured to automaticallyactuate the plunger rod to expel the first medication from the first pre-filled container, andwherein, with the injection device engaged with the second pre-filledcontainer, the injectiondevice is adapted to automatically actuate the plunger rod to expel the secondmedication from thesecond pre-filled container.
