The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing seasoned dried pollack strips and the seasoned dried pollack strips. According to the present invention, a processed food made of dried pollack, which can be used as a snack as well as a meal, can be provided. In addition, the present invention facilitates an intake of nutritive components of high protein dried pollack.본 발명은 조미 황태채의 제조 방법 및 조미 황태채에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조미 황태채는 건조된 황태포를 손으로 찢어 양념장을 도포하여 조미한다. 양념장은 정백당, 정제수, 정제염, 솔비톨, IMP, 황태엑기스, 구연산, 카라기난, 올리고당 등을 혼합 및 숙성하여 제조한다. 양념장을 황태채에 분사한 후 진동을 주어 양념장이 황태채에 골고루 섞이게 하며, 자연 건조하여 조미 황채채의 총 수분 함량이 20중량% 이하가 되도록 한다.본 발명에 따르면 식사로서뿐 아니라 간식으로도 활용할 수 있는 황태 가공 식품을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 간편하게 황태의 고단백 영양 성분을 섭취할 수 있다.
