An endoscope lens cleaning apparatus used for removing surgical debris from an objective lens of an endoscope. An elongated sheath includes an endoscope lumen and an irrigation channel, each extending between an inlet end and an outlet end opposite the inlet end of the elongated sheath. Furthermore, an irrigation channel is parallel and adjoining to the endoscope lumen. The endoscope lumen and the irrigation channel are fluidly open to one another when the endoscope lumen is in an empty state and the irrigation channel is fluidly sealed from the endoscope lumen between and at least one stand-off and the inlet end when the endoscope lumen is in an occupied state.
