PURPOSE: A catheter structure for stent treatment which uses a guide wire is provided to use the guide wire in a short length. CONSTITUTION: A catheter structure for stent treatment which uses a guide wire comprises a guide wire(10), an outer tube(20), an inner tube(30), and a stent(40). The outer tube is connected to the front of the phage body in which an outlet which discharges the guide wire is formed, and the inner tube is connected to the front of a pusher combined with a handle. A mounting unit in which diameter gets smaller is formed in order to install the stent at the front of the inner tube. The inner tube is inserted into inside the outer tube through the phage body. The one third point from the front end out of total length of the outer and inner tubes, an outer tube hole and the inner tube hole are connected to inside. The guide wire is successively inserted into the outer tube hole, the inner tube hole, and the guide tube and is discharged to the front side of the guide tube in order to guide to lesion region.본 발명은 스텐트를 시술할 때 안내할 수 있는 길이 만큼으로 가이드와이어를 사용할 수 있어 스텐트의 시술시 시간단축 및 시술자의 시술 편의성이 증대되도록 하며, 가이드와이어의 출입 안내와 꼬임이 방지되도록 하는 가이드와이어를 짧게 사용하는 스텐트 시술용 카테터의 구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 외,내부튜브의 전체 길이 중 전방 끝단에서 1/3지점에 외부튜브홀과 내부튜브홀을 내부로 연통되게 형성하여, 상기 외,내부튜브가 가이드와이어를 따라 이동하여 내부튜브의 전진으로 스텐트를 배출시켜 병변부위 확장하도록 시술할 때, 상기 가이드와이어가 외,내부튜브홀을 순차적으로 삽입 후 내부튜브의 전방으로 배출하여 병변부위로 안내할 수 있어, 상기 외,내부튜브홀에서 배출홀까지의 삽입되는 가이드와이어의 길이를 줄일 수 있도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하여； 내,외부튜브홀을 통해 가이드와이어를 삽입함으로써 파지몸체를 통해 삽입할 때 보다 안내를 위한 길이가 짧아지도록 하는 가이드와이어 별도 조절가능한 효과가 있다.
