The invention relates to a tool for implanting and attaching an intervertebral frame (1) to be inserted between two vertebrae (V1, V2), provided with at least one anchoring means (4) extending obliquely into a bore (3) of the frame (1) for anchoring in at least one of said vertebrae (V1, V2), said tool comprising a longitudinal central pin (5), one end of which is provided with a means for attaching the intervertebral frame (1). The invention is characterised in that said tool also includes a housing (7) with one end (7a) for attachment onto the intervertebral frame (1) and an opposite end referred to as the handling end (7b), a housing (7) in which the following are defined: a central through-bore (8) into which the central pin (5) extends, the latter extending out of the attachment end (7a) of the housing (7), as well as out of the handling end (7b) thereof, at least one channel (9, 9) extending substantially obliquely from a side surface (7c) of the housing (7) to the attachment end thereof (7a) and being suitable for receiving at least one anchoring means (4) of the frame (1) to move said means opposite the bore of the frame (1), as well as at least one compartment (10, 100) extending from the handling end (7b) of the housing (7) and extending into the channel (9, 9) to enable the guiding of a screwing tool (11) from the handling end (7b) of the housing (7) to the head of an anchoring means (4) inserted in the channel (9, 9).Linvention concerne un outil dimplantation et de fixation pour une cage intervertébrale (1) destinée à être insérée entre deux vertèbres (V1, V2) du type pourvu dau moins un moyen dancrage (4) sétendant de manière oblique dans un alésage (3) de la cage (1), pour un ancrage dans au moins lune desdites vertèbres (V1, V2) ledit outil comportant un axe central longitudinal (5) dont une extrémité est pourvue de moyen de fixation de la cage intervertébrale (1). Linvention consiste en ce que ledit, outil comprend en outre un boîtier (7) présentant
