The invention relates to a device for processing by high frequency acoustic waves, comprising at least one chamber and at least one ultrasound transducer. The invention is characterized in that the waves produced by the ultrasonic transducer in the chamber have a frequency greater than 100 kHz, preferably greater than 200 kHz. The invention also relates to its use for the treatment of a plant or for the non-therapeutic treatment of an animal in the enclosure (2).L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement par des ondes acoustiques de haute fréquence, comprenant au moins une enceinte et au moins un transducteur à ultrasons. L'invention se caractérise en ce que les ondes produites par le transducteur à ultrasons dans l'enceinte ont une fréquence supérieure à 100 kHz, préférentiellement supérieure à 200kHz. L'invention concerne également son utilisation pour le traitement d'un végétal ou pour le traitement, non thérapeutique, d'un animal dans l'enceinte (2).
