PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine working machine having good workability and excellent vibration-controlling ability.SOLUTION: The engine working machine includes a chain saw 1 including: an engine case 2 in which an engine 50 is housed and to which a guide bar 6 is attached a frame part to which handles 9, 11 are set and a plurality of vibration-controlling rubbers 41, 42, 43, 44 which support the engine case 2 on the frame part. The frame part includes a backward frame part 32 and an upper frame part 33 facing the back surface 22 and the top surface 23 of the engine case 2 respectively. The vibration-controlling rubber 44 is disposed between the top surface 23 and the upper frame part 33. The vibration-controlling rubbers 42, 43 are disposed between the back surface 22 and the back frame part 32.
