The present invention relates to a glucosamine-containing enteric-coated tablet composition. The glucosamine-containing enteric-coated tablet composition comprises glucosamine as a main ingredient. Micro-crystallized cellulose, silicon dioxide, lactose, dextrin, green mussel powder, crystallized cellulose, Kollidon, shark cartilage powder, lactose, starchy, calcium, collagen, manganese sulfate, zinc oxide, vitamin or stearic acid, magnesium, and so on as an excipient. A pre-mixture is formed by pre-mixing glucosamine and the excipient. The formed pre-mixture is manufactured into a bare tablet by using a tablet manufacturing device. Afterwards, Eudragit is used as a coating solution. Accordingly, crumbling in a stomach having an acidic condition is significantly reduced. The tablet composition crumbles in an intestine. In addition, when a user takes the tablet composition, an effect of reducing side effects in a stomach and an intestine is significantly increased. Moreover, when pharmaceutical and health functional food is coated by using the coating agent of the present invention, 3-5 wt% of Eudragit in the composition is coated with respect to the bare tablet.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017글루코사민을 주성분으로 하며, 부형제로는 미세결정 셀룰로오즈(microcrystallized cellulose), 이산화규소, 락토오즈, 덱스트린, 녹색홍합분말, 결정셀룰로오스, 콜리돈, 상어연골분말, 유당, 전분, 칼슘, 콜라겐, 황산망간, 산화아연, 비타민 또는 스테아린산 마그네슘 등을 사용할 수 있다. 글루코사민과 부형제는 미리 혼합되어 전 혼합물을 형성하고, 형성된 전 혼합물을 타정기를 이용하여 나정을 제조한 다음 유드라짓을 코팅액으로 이용하여, 산성조건인 위에서의 붕해가 현저히 감소되고, 장에서 붕해되며, 또한 복용 시 위장관의 부작용을 감소시키는 효과가 대폭 상승한다. 또한 이러한 코팅제를 이용하여 의약, 건강기능성식품을 코팅하는 경우 상기 조성물 내 유드라짓은 나정 성분에 대해 약 3 내지 5 중량%로 코팅한다.
