A computer-implemented method is provided for improving image quality with shortened acquisition time. The method comprises: determining an accelerated image acquisition scheme for imaging a subject using a medical imaging apparatus； acquiring a medical image of the subject according to the accelerated image acquisition scheme using the medical imaging apparatus； applying a deep network model to the medical image to improve the quality of the medical image； and outputting an improved quality image of the subject, for analysis by a physician.L'invention concerne un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur pour améliorer la qualité d'image avec une durée d'acquisition raccourcie. Le procédé consiste à : déterminer un schéma d'acquisition d'image accéléré pour imager un sujet à l'aide d'un appareil d'imagerie médicale ； acquérir une image médicale du sujet conformément au schéma d'acquisition d'image accéléré à l'aide de l'appareil d'imagerie médicale ； appliquer un modèle de réseau profond à l'image médicale pour améliorer la qualité de l'image médicale ； et délivrer une image de qualité améliorée du sujet, pour une analyse par un médecin.
