PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster comprising lidocaine and/or a salt thereof as a drug and having not only moderate adhesiveness but also excellent stability of the drug content and excellent stability of the drug release rate.SOLUTION: The plaster is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on a support.
