The present invention relates to a small laser diode module mounted inside a portable dental laser operation unit for generating a laser, and more particularly, to a small laser diode module of a portable dental laser operation unit, capable of improving portability and usage convenience of the laser operation unit by miniaturizing the laser diode module while maintaining output performance of the laser, in which a cooling device is unnecessary.
